Visual inspection of bolt and nut loosening using the Cladis method
Introducing the construction process and features of the Cladis method!
The "Cladis Method" involves forming a primer layer of elastic paint containing fluorescent pigments and a top layer of hard paint that blocks ultraviolet rays on a substrate. When cracks appear in the substrate, the primer layer stretches while the top layer cracks, exposing the primer layer, which is then irradiated with ultraviolet light to make the fluorescent pigments in the primer layer emit light for inspection. This catalog includes photos of visual inspections of bolt and nut looseness conducted using the Cladis Method, as well as details on the painting and construction processes. 【Features of Cladis Method Paint (Common)】 ■ Inspection possible from a distance, reducing inspection time ■ Inspection possible in dark places ■ Anyone can perform the inspection ■ Safe as it is solvent-free and water-based ■ Inspections from the ground improve safety during inspections *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
